This text defines the basic rules to be followed by Vanja Čorokalo pr Woolnia (hereinafter: the Seller) and the end user of the store (hereinafter: the Buyer) in order to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions through the web store on the website www.woolnia. com
Any order / purchase of goods made through the web store is simultaneously binding on the Seller and the Buyer and cannot be canceled or changed without the prior agreement of both parties.
The buyer undertakes to follow the following steps when ordering / purchasing goods through the seller’s web store:
1. Product selection
2. Choosing the right size, color and quantity of products
3. Registration or entry of personal data
5. Completion of the order
6. Payment by the selected payment method
7. Delivery of goods
Upon receipt of the order, the seller is obliged to send the buyer an e-mail confirming the order containing the label (model), color, price and quantity of ordered products, total payment amount, selected payment, method and delivery, as well as delivery address details. determined by the Buyer.
Bearing in mind that they are all Woolnia. handmade products, the time required for their production is about 15 working days, with possible deviations from the specified deadline. The seller undertakes to inform the buyer as soon as the ordered / purchased product is made and to send the goods within 24 hours from the date of production.
The buyer is obliged to provide the seller with the correct information for the delivery of goods (name and surname, full delivery address, contact phone number and e-mail of the buyer). If the buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information, the seller cannot be held liable for problems in the delivery or collection of the ordered goods. In addition, the seller will not be responsible for any problems arising from the delivery by the authorized courier service, nor for any problems arising from the (non) acceptance of the goods by the buyer. In such cases, if the goods are returned to the Seller’s address as undelivered, the Seller will also be entitled to charge the costs of the failed delivery (shipment) of the goods to the Buyer at the next delivery attempt.
In the event that the Buyer makes a payment of less than the total amount of the purchase order, it will be considered that the purchase is not completed and the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer.
When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods.
If the package shows damage in the form of torn parts or dents, the Buyer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of the courier. If it is determined on that occasion that the products are damaged, a report on the claim is made.
Any claims will be settled in accordance with the Terms of Claim and Return of Goods.
The Court in Belgrade is competent for all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer that cannot be resolved amicably and in the spirit of good cooperation.
Customer data is considered confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
